This panorama is taken in the chaos outside the entrance to New Delhi railway station, at the end of Main Bazar, Pahar Ganj where it meets Qutab Road. In order to cross this ever busy road, the best technique is to walk slowly into the traffic and watch it weave around you. This doesn't work for buses which are best avoided.
