This is the Roman Bridge or Puente Vieyu at Cangas de Onis, which was once the capital of the Kingdom of Asturias.
It dates back to medieval times, possibly to the 13th century, and has a reproduction of the famous Victory Cross (incorporated on the flag of Asturias below) hanging from the central arch. The original is a work of precious metal dating to the start of the 10th century that is kept in Oviedo Cathedral.
