This complex of a restored 19th century village, docks and quays which was once the richest
copper port in Victorian times, is now is now an open air museum and a World Heritage Site.
The reconstructed overhead rails leading to the dockside can be seen here, together with a
demonstration of Victorian rope making.
The renovated wooden sailing ship is the Garlandstone, built by shipwright James Goss, launched in January 1909, and now a tourist attraction in the main dock.
Morwellham Quay was the location for the 2010 BBC series 'The Edwardian Farm'.
