A restored Victorian historic inland port on the River Tamar, said to be the richest copper port in Queen Victoria's Empire, and now a World Heritage Site.
This view shows the renovated 32 ft water wheel, which once powered a mill for crushing locally mined manganese. The water source was taken from the Tavistock Canal which opened in 1817 and ended 237 feet above the Quay.
Morwellham Quay was the location for the 2010 BBC series 'The Edwardian Farm'.
