	The Slipway at Brixham Marina	Full-screen
	The slipway with the white car parked on it was built in May 1943 by the Royal Engineers. It was from here that the US Army embarked for UTAH Beach in Normandy, for the D Day landings on 4th June 1944. To the right is the main Brixham Harbour.
